Spicy Yoga is a blend of Vinyasa Flow X Buti Yoga X Free Movement. You’ll move through poses like warrior 2 and downward dog while having moments for static shakes and short cardio bursts. There’s also a small section of follow along dance to get you wiggling your waist before a calming moment at the end of class to bring you back to zen
