Ayesha is the creator and founder of FLEX Studios.

She is a professional commercial dancer who tours with Sister Sledge, has done adverts for well known companies such as Three Mobile, Barclays and Wickes, and has performed on stages with crowds as large as 80,000.

Ayesha has 10 years experience teaching a wide range of levels and styles, and prides herself on creating a welcoming, supportive and fun environment for all of her students, which is why FLEX was born.

Ayesha’s personal style is a blend of all of the genres that she’s learnt over the years, and her choreography always has her signature brand of sensuality, musicality, fluidity and strength.

SPICY YOGA

Amanda is a 200 RYT that will be there to guide and support you throughout her classes. Prior to the start of her yoga journey, Amanda was a dancer, and had been for a long time. During her time at uni that’s when things shifted and she found her love of yoga.

Her classes at FLEX will provide an element of dance intertwined with Vinyasa and Buti yoga to create a powerful and different experience for those who show up on the mat.

BEGINNERS COMMERCIAL

Liv has been dancing since the age of 3, training in ballet, tap and jazz. She went on to pursue a degree in musical theatre at Chichester university to further her understanding of different dance styles.

Liv turned her performing passion to inspiring others and has been teaching drama and dance at a local secondary school for 4 years. It was during this time that she started coming to class with Ayesha, and she has also been with FLEX since the beginning.

Liv is currently dance captain, ensemble, and Lauren understudy for the 10 show run of Kinky Boots in the ADC theatre, Cambridge.
